Arnold d'Alger, founder of bazar d'alger, created this workshop a little over a year ago after a decade as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator.
It is to take up his brushes that he was initiated to the decoration on porcelain and it is naturally that he turned to the old crockery which he particularly likes for its unequalled charm.

Arnold's mission is to give them a second life by decorating with gold and brushes the dishes that he hunts for himself or that his customers entrust to him. Whether it's a custom design or a literate motif, bazar d'alger creates for you, more than an object, a unique attention charged with soul.

Arnold hunts for these old earthenware or porcelain objects in France from private individuals, on leboncoin or at flea markets. The decorations are then made with gold and brushes by Arnold before being annealed in his Parisian workshop.

It is in this workshop that he welcomes you to his initiation to decorating workshops. Three hours during which Arnold initiates you to the decoration on the pieces he hunts or on those you bring. A moment of creation that flirts with meditation in the intimacy of his virescent apartment.

The workshop is open to the public by appointment and located at 11, rue du faubourg saint Martin in Paris.

See you soon ;-)
